1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the UCFYX online learning and simulation platform. By browsing our website, creating an account, or interacting with our hands-on labs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

2. Description of service and educational scope

UCFYX is an interactive technical education platform delivering browser-based training across three distinct domains:

• Networking: Hands-on CCNA-level networking featuring an interactive Cisco IOS-like CLI simulator, 68 canonical labs across 14 topics (VLANs, ACLs, OSPF, Routing, NAT, DHCP, etc.), subnetting drills, network troubleshooting, and timed exam modes.
• Cyber Defense Forge & Academy: 12 structured cybersecurity courses, 120 guided modules, MITRE ATT&CK tactical framework tracking, and 12 hands-on defensive security labs.
• Raspberry Pi & IoT: Hardware simulation reproducing Linux ARM environments, GPIO electrical pin connections, virtual electronic sensors, and Python hardware scripting.
• Independent Training Notice: UCFYX is an independent educational aid. UCFYX is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Cisco Systems, Inc., Raspberry Pi Ltd, or the MITRE Corporation. Completion of exercises does not guarantee certification or employment.

3. User accounts and security

• You must provide accurate and verifiable registration details when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
• Account sharing, credential distribution, or unauthorized multi-user access to individual accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You agree to notify UCFYX immediately at support@ucfyx.com if you suspect unauthorized access or security compromise.

4. Acceptable use and security boundary restrictions

UCFYX provides isolated simulation environments for legitimate educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use skills, code, or tools acquired on the platform to conduct unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service attacks, or attacks against systems you do not own or lack written authorization to test.
• Attempt to break out of virtual simulator sandboxes, access host infrastructure, intercept other users' session traffic, or circumvent entitlement checks.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or excessive traffic generators that degrade service availability.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy proprietary lab topologies, scenario logic, or evaluation engines.

5. Subscription tiers and billing policy

UCFYX provides both Free and premium Pro access tiers:

• Free Plan ($0 / forever): Includes full CCNA & Networking access (CLI simulator, 68 labs, subnetting trainer, troubleshooting, exam mode), personal dashboard and progress metrics, Security Forge Lab 1 (Real-Time File Integrity Monitor), Cyber Academy Linux Fundamentals track and Level 1 of each Cyber Lab, and basic Raspberry Pi hardware components.
• UCFYX Pro ($1.99 / month): Unlocks all 12 Security Forge Labs, Cyber Academy Levels 2–10 across all 12 courses, and advanced Raspberry Pi guided labs.
• Billing Status Disclosure: Commercial payment gateway integration is currently in progress. While the Pro plan is advertised at $1.99/month, no live credit card charges are processed today, and the checkout interface clearly reflects the coming-soon status.
• When live billing launches, subscriptions will renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals while retaining Pro access through the end of the paid billing period.

6. Intellectual property and license

All platform software, lab definitions, curriculum content, user interfaces, branding, and simulation state machines are the proprietary property of UCFYX. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content solely for personal, non-commercial technical education.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The UCFYX platform and simulation engines are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UCFYX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, simulation downtime, or reliance on educational materials.

8. Statutory disclosures and legal review notice

Notice: Specific legal provisions including choice of law, venue, dispute arbitration clauses, and corporate entity declarations remain subject to final verification and review by the platform operator and qualified legal counsel prior to commercial release.
